Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months of FREE maintenance, and considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 additional months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an email or call us. We will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What about the delivery term?
For our standard machines with available stock: 3-7 working days.
For machines without stock: Normally 15-20 working days after payment is received.
If you have urgent needs, we will make special arrangements for you.
3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, absolutely. We offer not only standard machines but also customized machines according to your requirements. We can also place your logo on the machine, meaning we provide OEM and ODM services.
4. How can I install and use the machine?
Once you order testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version via email.
Most of our machines are shipped as complete units, meaning they are already installed. You just need to connect the power cable and start using them. If necessary, we can also assist you with on-site installation.
